Amy Talipski
M.S., CRC, LPC, Clinical Director, Project Director
Amy is a graduate of the University of Scranton where she earned her B.S. in Counseling and her M.S. in Rehabilitation Counseling. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Amy has 18 years in the counseling profession. She started her career as a counselor/advocate at the Women’s Resource Center for 4 years before moving on to be a drug and alcohol professional. Amy has held a position at Catholic Social Services working alongside Children and Youth Services to help families battling addiction. She has also spent the last 11 years with the PA Department of Corrections as a D&A Specialist II. During this time, she became a staff trainer, parenting facilitator, and SUD peer assistant supervisor. She is also a private practice therapist working with couples and families. She remains an advocate for professional and quality care for our co-occurring populations and has been a co-presenter at the Annual Forensic Rights and Treatment Conference for the last 2 years.

Courtney Webb
Primary Therapist
Courtney graduated with her BA in Psychology from West Chester University and graduated with her MS in Counseling Studies from Capella University. Courtney is working toward achieving her licensure as a professional counselor. Courtney has 13 years of experience of working in the mental health and substance use disorders field. Courtney became a clinical counselor due to her experience, having close family and friends who struggled with addiction and wanting to be able to help others achieve recovery and maintain a better quality of life.

Jordan Harris
Primary Counselor
Jordan holds an M.Div with an emphasis in counseling and worked in pastoral ministry for 5 years before becoming an addictions counselor. Jordan is an active member of the recovery community in Northeast, PA and draws upon his own personal experience to help others recovering from addiction. In his free time, Jordan enjoys cooking, reading, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his friends and family.

Rachel Rinehimer
Clinical Counselor
Rachel Rinehimer, Clinical Counselor has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University and is pursuing her LPC.

Kori comes to Lakeside with many years of accounting experience within businesses. She is graduate of the University of Scranton, earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is tasked with meeting all our financial needs so that we can best serve out clients.
