Amy Talipski

Chief Executive Officer

Amy Talipski is a graduate of the University of Scranton where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Counseling and a master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and has over 22 years of experience in the counseling profession. She has dedicated her career to helping people affected by substance use, mental health, and co-occurring matters. She started her profession as a counselor /advocate working with those affected by physical and sexual abuse. She has worked for the PA Department of Corrections (DOC) as a drug and alcohol treatment specialist II for 12 years, gaining experience working with males in the justice system. During her time with the DOC, Amy became a staff trainer, parenting facilitator, and SUD peer assistance program supervisor. She is also a private practice therapist working with couples, families, and individuals. She remains an advocate for professional and quality care for our co-occurring populations and has been a co-presenter at the Annual Forensic Rights and Treatment Conference for 3 years.

Amanda has been volunteering in the recovery community for the last 3 years. She is committed to making a change and has been part of the Lakeside team since 10/30/2023.

Courtney Webb

Primary Therapist

Courtney graduated with her BA in Psychology from West Chester University and graduated with her MS in Counseling Studies from Capella University. Courtney is working toward achieving her licensure as a professional counselor. Courtney has 13 years of experience of working in the mental health and substance use disorders field. Courtney became a clinical counselor due to her experience, having close family and friends who struggled with addiction and wanting to be able to help others achieve recovery and maintain a better quality of life.

Kori Dobrowski

BA, CFO

Kori comes to Lakeside with many years of accounting experience within businesses. She is graduate of the University of Scranton, earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is tasked with meeting all our financial needs so that we can best serve out clients.

Rachel Rinehimer

Clinical Counselor

Rachel Rinehimer, Clinical Counselor has a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marywood University and is pursuing her LPC.
